When a leading U.S. oil and gas producer faced excessive compressed air demand, a site-wide leak survey revealed significant air loss was increasing compressor load and operating costs. The survey identified 1,726 leaks totaling 13,424 CFM and more than $688,000 in estimated annual loss.
